With bigger spend limit, you can use our postpaid service beyond your monthly package, such as buy Booster, use basic tariff, and activate PRIO PASS abroad. Here are the details of spend limit that you can add according to your monthly package:

1. Customer with Credit Card Payment Method

*Before 3 months, you can add Spend Limit via XL Center, Live Chat, and Call Center 817.
**After 3 months, you can add Spend Limit via XL Center, Live Chat, Call Center 817, and myXL Postpaid app.

2. Customer with Cash with Deposit Payment Method

Notes:

1. For submission of spend limit, you can pay deposit according to the nominal needed. Example: If you want to submit spend limit of Rp 200.000, then you can pay deposit of Rp 200.000 as well.
2. For myXL Postpaid app, cash with deposit payment can be made with credit card. Please register your credit card on myXL Postpaid app before making a deposit payment.

3. Customer with Cash No Deposit Payment Method

You can add Spend Limit via XL Center, Live Chat, and myXL Postpaid app.

Spend limit is only billed when you use our service beyond your monthly package. Here's how to pay bills:

Credit Card Auto Debit Payment Method:

If you choose credit card auto-debit payment method, then your bills will be paid automatically every month.

You can register or change your payment method to credit card auto-debit via myXL Postpaid app or PRIORITAS Center/XPLOR/XL Center.

Make sure your credit card has adequate balance on the debit date and does not expire in the next three months for the smoothness of your payment.

Cash Payment Method:

If you choose cash payment method, you can pay your bills on the predetermined schedule every month. Here's how to pay bills with cash payment method:

- Other Menu/Other Transaction > Payment > Handphone > XL PASCA/XPLOR > Input your XL PRIORITAS number > Billing summary will appear, make sure your number and total bill are matched > Pay bills > Done.
